Online Master's Degree in Addiction Studies

Online Master of Arts Degree in Addiction Studies: Integrated Recovery for Co-Occurring Disorders

This online program will develop your knowledge and skills necessary to treat and effectively promote recovery for individuals with addiction and co-occurring issues such as mental health and medical complications.

Highlights of this program include:

60-credit, 24 month program, offered online with three residencies, and is customizable through electives and clinical internships.

Our application is online. You will likely revisit your application and add information as you go along. Very few students complete each step during the first login. Begin your application today.
Step 2: Send

Please be prepared to submit the following information:

  • Three letters of professional reference
  • Official transcripts
  • Background study
Step 3: Essay

Step 3: Career and education essay.

This is a key part of your application. Your responses will be evaluated on content and how well you express yourself. Please limit your response to one typewritten page for each question. Responses need to be formatted as an essay.
Step 4: Interview

Step 4: Interview with faculty.

Qualified candidates are required to participate in an interview either in person, by telephone, or via video conference. Nearly all interviews are conducted via phone.

Applications and all supporting documentation must be received on or before the priority deadlines listed below. On average, it takes applicants approximately four weeks to complete the entire application process. To avoid delays, it is recommended that you complete your application at least two weeks before the deadline.
