The public parking lots are located in large fields-please wear appropriate footwear for walking on grass/woodchip paths. ADA parking is also available on-site. Food Vendors HazelFest has a variety of food trucks/vendors-many feature gluten free and vegetarian options. Your name will be on a will call list at the door. When registering a group of individuals, a confirmation email will be sent to initial registrant only. Children 12 and under are free-no advance registration is required. No refunds or exchanges given after July 28, 2017. Sober and Non-smoking Event HazelFest is a clean and sober event. Drugs and alcohol are not permitted. Hazelden in Center City is a non-smoking campus. What if it Rains? HazelFest occurs rain or shine-please plan accordingly. In case of severe weather, the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation reserves the right to cancel all or part of the event. Is HazelFest ADA accessible? There will be ADA access throughout the grounds; however, conditions may vary due to weather. ADA accessible restrooms will be available. HazelFest is an outdoor festival-while we try to give shady options-please make sure to wear sunscreen, bring your sunglasses, wear comfy shoes, and stay hydrated (drink water before you come to the event and enjoy water/non-alcoholic beverages from our vendors at the festival). What Should I Bring to HazelFest? Sunscreen Hat Sunglasses Comfortable footwear Lawn chairs and blankets Strollers The Following Items are Prohibited No outside food, beverages, or coolers. No pets (unless a marked service animal). No professional photography or audio recording equipment allowed. No outside soliciting. No weapons of any kind. No illegal substances. How Can I Apply to be a Food Vendor? We generally do not accept food vendor applications for the event, as we are seeking out specific food vendors, food trucks, etc. from the area-however-if you are interested in being considered please send us an email with your company/business name, full contact information, and detailed information on your food items. Photo Release This event will be filmed, photographed, and/or recorded by the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. HazelFest attendees consent to appear in this documentation and its future use by the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. How Can I Apply for Media Credentials?
