Jan Vondrachek joined Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation in May 2006. Prior to this, as director of marketing for Hazelden's Springbrook Campus in Newberg, Oregon, Vondrachek led marketing efforts in the Western region as well as nationally for Hazelden's health care professional's program. In her current role she speaks to business audiences regarding addiction in the workplace and moderates conferences and workshops. Vondrachek has taught marketing classes at the college level and holds a bachelor's degree in management of human resources and a master's degree in business administration from George Fox University. Vondrachek has also completed coursework and clinical hours for alcohol and drug counseling in the state of Oregon.
Jeffery Young, MD, is the medical director for the outpatient center at Hazelden in Beaverton and the Springbrook campus in Newberg, Oregon and director of the Health Care Professionals Program. Dr. Young received his medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University and is Board Certified in General Psychiatry and certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine. His clinical work throughout his career has included working with patients and healthcare professionals who have psychiatric and substance use issues. Previously, he was the medical director for the Providence Health and Services, Behavioral Health Program, Oregon Region.
Heidi Wallace, MA, LPC, NCC, MAC, is a master addictions counselor who specializes in the treatment of individuals with chronic and severe addiction. Heidi currently works at Hazelden's Springbrook campus in Newberg, Oregon as the Clinical Director. She earned her bachelor's degree at the University of Montana and her master's degree in counseling psychology with an emphasis on Addictions, at Lewis and Clark College. She has worked in both residential and outpatient treatment settings as well as private practice for the past 18 years. She is a co-author in an addictions text, which she wrote about the fundamentals of Motivational Interviewing. She also worked as an adjunct professor for a term in the Graduate School of Counseling Psychology at Lewis and Clark College.
Willow Naimark, MF, is ABPN certified for both general and addiction psychiatry. Interests: Dual diagnosis, medication management, and psychoeducation. (2006, New York Medical College)
Meredith A. Lubow, PhD, LP, provides administrative and clinical leadership for the mental health department at Hazelden's Springbrook Campus in Newberg, Oregon. Her professional interests include neuropsychological assessment, cognitive remediation, and psychotherapy. In her career, Dr. Lubow has worked in university and hospital settings, providing patient care and clinical supervision, conducting research, and participating in program development and department leadership. She completed her undergraduate degree at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR, and received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, Carpinteria, CA. She completed her residency and fellowship training in clinical neuropsychology at the Oregon Health & Science University and her internship training at Portland Adventist Medical Center.
Bobby Trihub, PsyD, LP, has interests in co-occurring disorders, cognitive-behavioral and interpersonal therapies, spirituality, integrated behavioral healthcare, psychological and cognitive assessment, program development and consultation. (2010, George Fox University)

Jessica Garrison, BA, CADC I, received her Bachelor's degree in Communications from Old Dominion University. A certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor, she has worked with families since 2008 guiding them in the process of helping their children enter treatment and facilitating parent support groups. She came to Hazelden in 2008 as a senior chemical dependency specialist and found her niche to work with and educate families on healthy communication styles and relationship issues.
Yesenia Pyle, CADC I, QMHA, is a bi-lingual recovery coach for the Connection Program at Hazelden's Springbrook campus in Newberg, Oregon. She joined Hazelden in June 2015 as an evening/weekend counselor. Early in her career, her focus was studying nursing at Portland Community College. Her career shifted to the addiction field while working at a community mental health agency. She pursued becoming a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and has been working with individuals and families since. She began her career working with adolescents and their families struggling with addiction. Yesenia is passionate about the various populations we serve in our Connection Program.
Kristen Delaney began working at Hazelden's Springbrook campus in Newberg, Oregon in 2012. She manages marketing support, the business support team, bookstore operations, fundraising efforts and the Animal Assisted Program. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth and Environmental Science from Virginia Wesleyan in 2004, a Master's degree in Public Administration with a concentration in organizational policy writing from Old Dominion University/Portland State University in 2007. Her professional background before her service at Springbrook was in Public Administration in the field of Space Science at NASA Langley in Virginia and the Health Share of Oregon. Kristen has two dogs and spends her free time hiking, reading and working with women in recovery.
Samuel Russ, Jr., is the Manager of Facilities and Safety Officer for Hazelden's Springbrook campus in Newberg, Oregon. Samuel has more than 15 years of experience in facilities management and is an undergraduate degree in Business Administration in Management from Prairie View A&M University. He also has certifications from OSHA and a Naval Leadership Course and is an active CERT member. With the Hazelden staff since September 2015, Sam is from New Orleans, Louisiana and a proud eight-year US Navy veteran. One fun fact about Samuel is that he served as a facilities manager for the Presidential Retreat, Camp David, for five years during former President George Bush's tenure.
