Our Teen Intervene program:

Day Treatment

Weekday outpatient rehab at our St. Paul campus

Our evidence-based day treatment program provides you with the most intensive level of outpatient care—and surrounds you with a multidisciplinary rehab team dedicated to your recovery.

Treatment programming takes place weekdays, with patients having the option of living on our St. Paul campus. Individualized care plans typically involve five hours of treatment programming, five days week, with a focus on building skills in the areas of:

  • resilience
  • accountability
  • initiative
Day treatment is an especially effective rehab option if you:

Outpatient Treatment

Customized outpatient addiction treatment for young adults and adults

Our individually tailored outpatient alcohol and drug rehab programs at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation operate under the same evidence-based, Twelve Step principles and practices as our inpatient treatment programs. Your comprehensive care includes:
  • an individualized treatment plan
  • thorough psychological, social, and substance use assessments
  • continuing care recommendations
Your initial care plan may include treatment programming as often as four days a week. As you reach clinical and behavioral milestones, programming will gradually transition to once a week with a focus on developing healthy lifestyle practices that support your move from clinical care to self-care.

You also have the option of living in our on-site structured sober housing while participating in outpatient treatment.
