Housed in a beautifully appointed, five-story Manhattan residence, our warm and welcoming sober living community offers an ideal living situation for young women and men, age 18-29, transitioning out of rehab or participating in outpatient addiction treatment.

Intensive Outpatient

Specialized alcohol and drug rehab for young adults age 18-29

Our evidence-based outpatient addiction treatment program surrounds you with a multidisciplinary care team dedicated to your recovery—and attuned to the struggles and concerns of young adults.

Treatment programming takes place during the afternoon, and you have the option of living on-site, in our beautifully appointed sober residence in the heart of Tribeca.

Outpatient alcohol and drug rehab programs at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation operate under the same evidence-based, Twelve Step principles and practices as our inpatient treatment programs. Your comprehensive care includes:

Extended Outpatient

More time to focus on how to live free from drugs and alcohol

The changes you start making during alcohol and drug rehab—the way you think, react, and behave—are likely to be new ways of living that take practice. Our extended outpatient addiction treatment program gives you more opportunities to strengthen your sober living skills while building your support network.

In counselor-facilitated group sessions, you will focus on what it takes to restore your sense of trust, community, hope, and—most of all—belief in yourself. Groups meet conveniently on weekday afternoons.

Understanding your situation
