Jill works with site medical directors and executive directors to encourage interdisciplinary teamwork for a two-fold purpose, to: 1) enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes; and 2) help provide direction for the development of a national service delivery model that aligns with the Hazelden Betty Ford mission and vision. Jill organizes and standardizes nursing services within medical service units across the organization. She is a champion for excellence, patient safety, and compassionate care. Jill joined Hazelden Betty Ford in September 2015, previously serving as director of Nursing and Client Management at The Emily Program. Prior to her employment at The Emily Program, Jill held several nursing and clinical leadership roles at St. John's Hospital in Minnesota. Jill received her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and received her master's degree in Nursing: Leadership and Administration from Capella University.
