The ideal Clinical Director candidate maintains an active LMSW, LCSW, LMFT or LPC, has 2 or more years of Management experience, working knowledge of levels of care, JCAHO standards, crisis intervention, is more than familiar with the needs of a primary substance use disorder population, and is able to reliably commute to the facility in Waelder, Texas. Rhode Island Communities for Addiction Recovery Efforts (RICARES) in Providence, RI, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for all staff management, fiscal and administrative management and adherence to grant policies, fundraising and community partner relationships; managing operations, enforcing program objectives, personnel policies and procedures; publicizing accomplishments of RICARES. The CEO serves as the public face of RICARES and voice for recovery, coordinates and cooperates with funding agencies, other sponsoring groups, and related service agencies. Base salary is $75-85,000 with performance bonuses. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, among other experiential/educational requirements.
