Bio
Bill Parker is the retired Vice Chairman and Chief Risk Officer of U.S. Bancorp. After his 34-year banking career, Bill remained engaged in community work and leadership. He served as Vice Chair, Chair, and Past Chair on the Hazelden Betty Ford Board of Trustees from 2021–2024 and is also active on the boards of Synchrony Financial, S & P Global Ratings, and American Indian College Fund. Bill holds a master’s degree from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and a bachelor's degree from Amherst.
