Nancy Orr serves as Vice President for Investments and Chief Investment Officer at the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation. With more than two decades of experience in institutional investing, she brings expertise across both tax-exempt and taxable portfolios. Nancy also contributes her leadership to the Minnesota State Board of Investment as Vice Chair of the Investment Advisory Council. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Duke University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
