Visiting Hours
To protect the health and wellbeing of our community during the COVID-19 outbreak, on-site visitation has been suspended. Thank you, and be well.
Visitor Expectations
- Confidentiality of all patients is to be respected
- Check in and register at our Visiting Desk located in the Cork Center. Register each time you visit
- Visitors must park in designated parking lots only
- Visitors are to wear their visitor name badge at all times while on campus
- Do not bring any over-the-counter medications to anyone on the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation property. No vitamins, dietary supplements, over-the-counter medications, herbal remedies or energy drinks are allowed. No medication in baggies
- Patients are not allowed to sit in personal vehicles and are not allowed to leave campus
- Pets are not permitted on campus. This guideline does not apply to service animals such as seeing-eye dogs. Proof of current vaccinations should be readily available. For more information please see our Service Animal Policy.
- The use of cameras and video recorders (including those on cell phones) is not allowed on Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation property

Serenity Corner Bookstore
Serenity Corner offers a unique shopping experience, providing a wonderful array of recovery reading materials, sobriety medallions, gifts, jewelry and apparel, as well as personal care items and snacks for our patients and staff.
Originally known as The Canteen, Serenity Corner has been open and serving the Center City campus community since 1967. The store has been host to unforgettable appearances, book signings and talks by many of Hazelden's most beloved authors and experts in addiction treatment. Serenity Corner also contributes back to the foundation through year-round fundraising efforts and special sale events.
The Serenity Corner Bookstore is located in the upper level of the Cork Center, to the right of the main entrance.
