Meet Butler
Meet Butler, one of several animal-assisted programming dogs offering comfort and support to residents and patients throughout the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. He is an Australian Labradoodle who completed an intensive training program to earn certification as a therapy dog. He serves as a non-judgmental presence of comfort and trust for patients who struggle with homesickness, shame, distrust, grief or loss as they participate in programming in St. Paul, MN.
